Google.com has a pagerank of 10. So do 41 other google pages. Now, if I remember correctly, isn’t content a factor in pagerank? Now here is the real irony, yahoo.com (which has plenty of content) only has a pagerankof 9. Here is another killer, we all know how much google loves Wikipedia and they only recieved a 9.

So How Can I Get A PageRank of 10?

So how can someone else garner a pagerank of 10, you ask? Easy! Just have your domain as adobe.com (49 pages), apple.com (21 pages), or by being one of the very lucky 9 .gov’s and you too can have a pagerank of 10.

I am officially declaring shenanigans on google. I know that the google toolbar doesn’t give us the “real” pagerank, but could you please at least show us some humility by giving yourself a pagerank of 1?

Oh, and as a closer, lets look at my gmail ad relevancy from earlier today:

On a scale of 1-10, I am going to give that ad a relevancy score of negative zero.
